You’re probably wondering, what happens next? What becomes of the Council of the Boot? Or maybe not but, either way, you’re about to find out.
King Xander and his brave knights ventured upon many quests together, and into many battles. Xander became one of the great kings of British history and lived to the ripe old age of fifty-six. His mother surpassed him in life.
Sir Robin the Black, the Good Knight Without Fear invented the first paperclips, and made a fortune selling them to people with papers that needed clipping together.
Sir Keesh de Lattice married, moving to the Yukon with his wife and fifteen children.
Gene of Arc became a great war hero. She wed Sir Guy of Longfellow. They were last seen robbing a mini-mart with their pirate ship parked outside, and are currently suspected to be in the New Jersey area. Sir Dwain of Eboracum, with Bernard the minstrel and Mervin the Magician, set up a bar and comedy club just outside Londinium, with a stage show every half hour or your shepherd’s pie is free. So if you ever get a hankering for lousy jokes, cheesy music, and watered down wine, they’re in the book.
That about sums it up. During the first half of the sixth century the Saxons and other tribes eventually did conquer Britain, so the Council of the Boot’s victories didn’t really help because their country got taken over anyway.
